    In early 2015 my weight varied between 71 and 72 kg which was the lightest I'd been since my early 30s (70 kg then). I think it was because I was cycling to and from work, around 40 ks a day, plus running. Now I'm 73 ish, not cycling much but running a lot more.
    What you said working out in the gym is true. Muscle is heavier than fat. But if the belt size is going down you're losing fat.
